We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. *There is a $40 additional charge for all NSF checks. Plus a $5.00 processing fee. .Booking & Fees: To reserve your party date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you choose to cancel for ANY reason, your total deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for providing the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event by check or credit card. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your event. If you are requesting, and we have available, a party date less than 2 weeks out, we may require a rush fee and you will be informed of this fee at the time of booking. Parties booked less than 2 weeks out will require a full payment. There is an additional $100 fee if your party is being held in your basement. Minimum/Maximum Attendance: Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 8 guests (including the guest of honor), and a maximum of 12 guests (including the guest of honor). Parties smaller than eight will be charged for the minimum of eight children. Parties with more than 12 guest will receive an additional hostess fee as well as additional per guest fee.
Attendance of Guests: Some guests may not show up to the party, even if they RSVP. Please remember that we charge according to the final guest count that you provided prior to the party or that we received by the RSVP date, not the number of children that show up. If you have extra guests who attend an additional guest charge will be added to your final invoice. Late Arrivals: The party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out, and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party, and your understanding is appreciated. Discipline and Non-participation: Party Boutique is strictly responsible for providing entertainment and managing the flow of your party. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child. Food Allergies: If you choose to hire Party Boutique, Inc. to provide a catered menu for your event, it is the responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we suggest that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child. Hosting: We will add an additional hostess to your party for every 6 children that are attending your event. This fee added to your final invoice as well.
Inclement Weather/Illness: In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Party Boutique, Inc. Reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an alternate date. Please be advised, if new invitations, food or beverages are needed there will be an additional charge.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Based on availability, we will gladly work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. Your deposit will be refunded if your written cancellation is received within 30 days of your party. We will not refund your deposit for cancellation under 30 days. All cancellations must be received in written form, we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Once we receive your cancellation we will forward a receipt of notice. Please remember, there will be an additional charge if you wish to re-send invitations to your guests. We have up to 30 days to refund your deposit if written cancellation is received within 30 days of your event. Travel Fee: A travel fee of $1.25 for every mile traveled over 30-mile radius (coming and going) will be added to the final balance if the party location is outside a 30-mile radius of Grove City, Ohio. Liability: Party Boutique, Inc is insured by NorthPointe Insurance Group. Party Boutique, Inc assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of Party Boutique, Inc inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Party Boutique, Inc is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. Invitations: You will receive a copy of your invitation wording for printing approval. PLEASE PROOF YOUR INVITATION CAREFULLY. Once you have approved the proof we will not accept any changes once they have been printed. It is important that you make sure everything is spelled properly, if we print your invitations and there is a mis-spelling it is not our fault. We do not proof invitations. If you need them reprinted there is a reprint fee of $30.00. Party Boutique is Central Ohio’s premier party destination! We plan a variety of theme parties for children. Princess Parties, Pirate Parties, Bear Stuffing Parties, Doll Stuffing Parties, Build A Bear Parties, Glamour Girl Parties, Spa Parties, Hawaiian Luaus, Ballerina Parties, Mermaid Parties, HSM parties, High School Musical, Hannah Montana Parties, Spy Parties, Superhero Parties, Super Sweet 16 parties, Quinceneara’s, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, 1st birthday parties, Spa Parties, Sundae Spa Parties. Best yet our party packages are all inclusive, that means you don’t have to do anything. Not even the invitations because we will handle that too. So sit back and relax. If you don’t need and all inclusive party package, then we have a build a party option too! We also have a Glamour Girl Boutique, where you can experience a glamour make over, feel like a rock star, princess, or diva, and rock the party on our karaoke machine. You can even create your own bath and body products, glimmering lotions, spa bath bubbles, sugar scrub, hair and body gel, bath salts, lip gloss and so much more. Party Boutique is the best birthday party spot in Columbus Ohio! We can bring the party to you or you can come to us and celebrate your birthday. We offer a full range of party planning. Don’t forget our characters! Party Boutique offers a variety of characters that will come out to your birthday party or social event. Princess characters such as, Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid, Jamilah the Arabian Princess & Prince Ali, Princess Bella, Pirates, Superheros, Golden Bear and many more. Make someone feel extra special and send them one of our character grams for their birthday, anniversary, get well or just because. We can make them feel like a princess for the day, or a brave and noble knight or swashbuckling pirate. If you don’t have Party Boutique character then you don’t have a quality character. Serving the Central Ohio area, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, Ross and Union Counties. We also serve other surrounding areas, however there is an additional travel fee. |
